PAN Village is ideally located for exploring the beautiful nature of Salla. Several hiking trails are easily accessible nearby, including the long-distance UKK Trail, the trails of Salla National Park, and routes leading to Ruuhitunturi, known for its breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes.

Reindeers
Reindeer belongs to our area and you can find the reindeer everywhere. It is also possible if you forget to close the door of your apartment, that you will have a guest with four legs standing in your living room. Go and feed the reindeers, this activity takes place just around the corner, summer and winter.
Northern Lights / Aurora Borealis
Around PAN Village you can find everywhere a place to spot the Northern Lights. You can actually start seeing them in late summer until end of April.
